Getting Started

How do I submit an entry?

Entries are submitted entirely online in four steps:

  1. Create an account or log in.
  2. Complete the entry form and select your category.
  3. Upload your supporting material such as Image, Website links, PDF or Video links if needed.
  4. Add to cart and proceed to payment.

You may submit multiple entries or categories within the same session.

Who is eligible to enter?

The award is open to:

  • female entrepreneurs
  • executives and professionals
  • SMEs and large organizations

Participants from all countries and industries are welcome.

What type of entries can I submit?

You may submit entries that demonstrates leadership, business performance, or professional achievement across relevant categories.

This includes individual achievements, team initiatives, campaigns, strategies, or organizational outcomes.

Can I submit anything that has already won other awards?

Yes. Entries that have previously won or been submitted elsewhere are eligible.

Can startups or individuals enter?

Yes. Entries are evaluated on merit, not company size, budget, or scale.

Entry Rules & Requirements

What is the eligibility period?

Entries must have been produced or implemented within the last two (2) calendar years up to the final deadline.

Can I edit my entry after submission?

Yes. You may revise your entry at any time before the judging period begins.

Submitting early allows you to secure lower entry rates while refining your materials.

How long should my entry brief be?

We recommend approximately 350 words per section.

Your brief should clearly explain:

  • the objective.
  • your approach.
  • measurable outcomes.

Strong entries present clear results and supporting evidence.

What are judges looking for?

Entries are evaluated based on:

  • leadership and strategic thinking
  • measurable business impact
  • execution and delivery
  • innovation and problem-solving

Submissions that demonstrate clear outcomes and results tend to perform best.

Can I submit non-English entries?

Yes. A written English translation must be provided for judging.

I have something confidential but important for judging. How can I ensure it remains for judging purposes only?

All entries are reviewed through a private judging process, and materials are only accessible to the assigned jury panel.

For sensitive information, you may include it as a PDF document, which will remain hidden from public display unless explicitly required for judging or publication.

If you have specific confidentiality concerns or require additional control over how your materials are presented, you may reach out to our team for clarification and assistance.

What happens if I submit in the wrong category?

The award reserves the right to re-categorize entries where appropriate.

Categories & Entry Strategy

Can I enter multiple categories?

Yes. The same entry may be submitted across multiple relevant categories.

Additional fees apply.

Is there a limit to the number of entries I can enter?

No. You may submit as many entries as you wish.

How should I choose my category?

Select the category that best reflects:

  • your role or contribution
  • the nature of the submission
  • the outcomes achieved

Strategic category selection can improve evaluation relevance.

Submission Formats

What formats are accepted?

You may submit:

  • Images (JPG/PNG, under 4MB)
  • Videos (YouTube, Vimeo, or similar links)
  • PDFs or presentations.
  • Campaign or website links

Ensure all links are accessible. Passwords must be provided if required.

What if I have trouble uploading files?

Please ensure your files meet the following requirements:

  • Images: JPG / JPEG / PNG, under 4MB, recommended width 1200px, RGB format

  • Documents: PDF format preferred
  • Video / Audio: Submit via URL (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  • File names: Use only letters and numbers (avoid special characters)

Fees & Payment

What are the entry fees?

Entry fees begin from $355 per category.

An additional fee applies for each category entered.

A $30 annual administrative fee is charged once per year for the first entry submitted for each competition.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard)
  • PayPal (including AMEX)

All fees are charged in USD.

Are entry fees refundable?

No. Entry fees are non-refundable once submitted, including withdrawn or incomplete entries.

Judging & Results

How does judging work?

All entries are evaluated through a blind judging process by an international jury panel.

Submissions are reviewed independently based on defined criteria, without comparison to other entries or consideration of company size.

How are entries scored?

Judges score entries on a 100-point scale based on:

  • Leadership & strategy
  • Business Impact
  • Execution
  • Innovation
  • Overall Effectiveness

What are the winning levels?

  • Category Winner of the Year – awarded to selected highest-scoring Platinum entries within a category, where applicable
  • Platinum – 85–100 points
  • Gold – 70–84 points
  • Silver – 50–69 points

Entries scoring below 50 do not receive an award.

The number of awards and whether a Category Winner of the Year is selected in each category are determined based on the quality of submissions and the judges’ evaluation.

When will results be announced?

Winners will be announced on November 6, 2026 via the official website.

All participants will also be notified by email.

Winners & Recognition

What do winners receive?

Winners receive:

  • Official TITAN certificate (complimentary)
  • Winner logos for marketing and branding
  • Listing in the official winner’s gallery
  • Press release distribution
  • Opportunities for interviews and features

Category Winners of the Year receive a complimentary statuette.

Can I purchase additional materials?

Yes. Winners may purchase:

  • statuettes
  • additional certificates
  • media package for promotional purposes through the Winner Store.

Why are statuettes not included for all winners?

To maintain accessible entry fees, physical awards are optional and produced on demand. This ensures entrants are not charged additional acceptance fees.

How long does shipping take?

Statuettes are custom-made and typically ship within 6–12 weeks.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and season.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact support immediately at info@thewomenbusinessawards.com . Claims will require proof such as unboxing documentation.

Who organizes the awards?

The TITAN Women in Business & Leadership Awards is organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA), an independent organization with over a decade of expertise in award management and recognition.

Who owns the submitted entries?

Entrants retain all rights to their submissions.

By submitting, you grant TITAN permission to use the material for promotional purposes related to the awards.
