Mary Pembroke has been in HR for over thirty years. She has worked in several different industries in her time in HR. For the past eleven years she has worked in the Architecture and Engineering industry. During this time, she has navigated rough waters through COVID, hiring freezes, and the downturn of the construction industry in those years.
