Joanne Fedeyko is a Silicon Valley based ecosystem builder, entrepreneur, and publisher dedicated to helping founders, particularly women and international entrepreneurs, access capital, networks, and global growth opportunities. With more than two decades of experience in the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, Joanne is the Founder of Connection Silicon Valley and the Canadian Women’s Network, and Publisher of Disruption Magazine, a platform that amplifies innovators and emerging technologies. She has designed and led multiple programs that bridge global startup ecosystems with the U.S. market, including Pathway to Silicon Valley for female founders and the CELS Valley Ready life science accelerator. She also co-founded Women’s Equity Lab Silicon Valley, an angel fund with 25 global women LPs created to help more women get on the cap table, making seven investments in Fund I.
