Jennifer Risi established her own marketing and communications agency, The Sway Effect, in July 2019. Since then, the agency has grown 10-fold, won over 20 clients and more than 15+ industry awards. But, most importantly, Jennifer is working to challenge industry norms and believes that the industry can do better. At The Sway Effect, the team is focused on driving brand reputation while putting diversity, equity and inclusion at the center of everything that they do – creating an environment where brands want to be, people want to work and driving towards creating a more equitable future for all.
