Stepping into the role of SVP, Natalya seized the opportunity to lead with a customer-centric approach at the forefront, investing time building a trusted ecosystem for customers and partners in some of the fastest growing global economies. She and her regional teams have developed a wealth of experience in delivering solutions bridging technological advances with sustainability and efficiency benefits worldwide. Leveraging over 20 years knowledge and thought leadership insights, Natalya is a respected guest speaker with expertise in topics ranging from AI, data centres and digitalisation, to emerging markets, and green energy. Recent research commissioned by Schneider Electric uncovered a sustainability action gap, highlighting businesses are aware they needed to change. Natalya and her International team provide the expertise and solutions to guide customers in their sustainability journey. Natalya’s pioneering work is helping to ensure customer needs are met while addressing current sustainability challenges. Natalya uses her position as an international IT executive to advocate for women beginning their career paths in science, technology, and engineering. She actively promotes Schneider Electric’s gender balance targets, and her team is ahead of schedule to deliver, with women already making up nearly 50% of employees and 30% of the senior leadership team. Natalya’s international team believes that opportunity starts with education, supporting Schneider’s Reinforcement of Opportunities of Youth project, catalysing opportunities for more than 8,400 unemployed young people.
