Olanda is an executive who wears many hats, from running a large organization spanning team members in 30 countries, managing large complex deals, leading global mentoring and development programs to developing technology content for customers and partners! In 2021, Olanda also finished a 4-year Expatriate assignment in Penang, Malaysia. Olanda is passionate about learning and development and leads with a customer-first mindset. Olanda would never ask her team to do anything she wouldn’t do herself. In December, she received her MBA in Artificial Intelligence and encourages a culture of continuous learning and growth for her organization.
