ASCIRA COO for Female Executive of the Year

In July 2021, she launched a Talk Show featuring women from different walks of life who have a poignant story to tell. Titled ‘Spotlight with Belynda Lee’, the show focuses on the triumphs and trials these women faced in their quest to achieve their goals. The first season, with eight episodes, had an impressive array of guests, including Billboard charting music artist DD Foxx, motivational speaker Julie Lewis, and Grammy-nominated composers the Sisters Grimm. Season II had the focus on Health and Wellness. It showcases doctors and other health care professionals with the underlying aim of educating women on their gender specific health issues which are mostly ignored by them. Some of the reputed guests include Dr Houriya Kazim, first Emirati Breast Surgeon and reputed neurologist Dr Sweta Adatia With its vast range of women-centric topics, ‘Spotlight by Belynda Lee’ is the first of its kind show in the region where a COO is also the host.
