Pia Ostos is the Chief Performance Officer at Inmar Intelligence, where she leads the HR, Marketing, and Communications teams through strategic initiatives across leadership development, performance optimization, recruiting, benefits, and HR systems. With over a decade of experience in strategic and brand management, Pia is known for her collaborative leadership style and ability to foster environments of partnership and shared success. She holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. As the first Chief Performance Officer in Inmar’s 45-year tenure and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Pia plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture and enterprise-wide strategy.
